All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Metro Cities: 4–6 working days
• Other Regions: 5–8 working days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Charges may vary based on order weight and delivery location.

You can track your shipment in real-time until delivered.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to origin. Re-delivery will require additional charges.

7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If your parcel appears tampered, opened, or damaged, please do not accept delivery.

If already accepted, raise a complaint within 48 hours with:

• Product photos/videos
• Packaging photos
• Delivery receipt (if available)
